Group Lesson Planner (link to edit in Canva)
Make Group Lesson Planning a little more efficient with this canva template. Create for 6 weeks, see what works best for you, and make adjustments as needed.
I like to use the acronym STEAM for planning my classes:
· S – StartUps (warm ups ex. Stretches, Chants, Rhythm, whatever works for your class)
· T – Together (ensemble, rote, or improv all together)
· E – Explore (individual exploration, AKA lab time)
· A – Activity (group activity or game)
· M – Music Wrap Up (clean up, write in lesson assignments, etc)
Works great for group piano and group music classes for multi-level or the same level.
